These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement.

The Site provides information about the services offered by Validus Media LLC, including social media management, paid advertising, website services, and AI integration services. The Site allows you to contact us and to schedule a call.
Information on the Site, including service descriptions and pricing, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only through a signed written service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

Validus Media does not guarantee any specific outcome from its services, including follower counts, engagement levels, leads generated, sales, or revenue. Any examples, figures, or descriptions on the Site are illustrative and are not promises of performance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validus Media LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
